Nest Residential began in 2014 as a partnership between Simon Fenwick and Mark Teesdale – who share a passion for making better quality, modern housing more accessible in this country.
As developers, we see projects through from purchasing the site to handing over the keys. We build bespoke homes (not cookie-cutters) and always demand a location, standard and specification that we would be proud to own ourselves.
In the last 6+ years, Nest has brought many developments to the Christchurch market that have been snapped up by a wide range of buyers – from first-homers to retirees. Many of our owners have become enthusiastic advocates for what we do. Several of them have either bought, or are hoping to buy, their second Nest. And many are happy to give interested buyers a look through their homes.
